Tree Raffle – How It Works

Purchase a sheet of 26 tickets for $5. You may purchase as many sheets as you wish. As you view the trees deposit each of your 26 tickets in the ticket containers located in the front of the tree(s) you would like to win.
Raffle Rules
Trees are raffled on Sunday, December 5th. You do not need to be present to win. The winning tickets are drawn from large containers (not the tubes), and the tree winners are called between 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. Six tickets are drawn for each tree. If the first winner is not available or we cannot leave a message, we move on to the next number drawn. If a phone message is left for you, you must call us back ASAP at (978) 685-8878 to let us know you received the message. Caller ID is not notification that you have won a tree. Please make sure that the telephone number you write on this raffle slip is the number where you can be reached.
Tree Pick Up is from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 5th. Winners are responsible for packaging and removing their tree. Extra hands and a large vehicle are usually needed.
The purchase of a raffle ticket signifies that you agree to these rules.
