The Auction Committee headed by Kay DiFiore has many wonderful donations that have been made to our auction for 2008. Anyone bidding during the weeks leading up to the auction is invited to attend the live auction on Friday, December 5th.

A special evening is scheduled. Visit the auction table for more information and to purchase tickets. The auction will once again be an important part of the Festival. Click here for the Schedule.

Prior to the live auction will be a Private Preview Party with cocktails and hors d'ouevres at 6pm, followed by dessert and tree viewing after the auction. Tickets for this special event are $25 and can be obtained by contacting us. If you wish to make an auction donation, click here.
 

Silent Auction
Items valued at less than $100 are bid on through a silent auction. Based on Silent Auction rules, you write your bid on a clipboard placed near the item. The highest bid wins the item. The Silent Auction ends on December 5th.

Live Auction
Items valued at more than $100 are bid on by going to a volunteer, who records your bid in a book and the bid is placed on a white board. The highest bid is announced, and audience members bid on items as in a regular auction. "Going once, going twice, sold to the highest bidder."
