Carol Palmegiano has been a member of the Festival for 24 years. She has served the Festival in a number of important capacities including, several year as treasurer, manager of the Festival Café, and most recently Senior Weekend and nursing home day coordinator.
She is now an Emeritus Board Member and continues to support special events throughout the Festival.
