For the past eight years, the Methuen Festival of Trees’ Ladies Night Out has attracted large crowds of people looking to jumpstart their holiday shopping. To kick-off our 26th year, the Festival will open a day earlier than prior years. Our first event, the First Look Friday Vendor Fair, will take place in the Festival Café on Friday, November 22nd from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The following list should help you through the process.
- All vendors will be chosen through a juried selection process. It doesn’t matter if you have or haven’t participated in previous events. We are looking for up to 50 vendors who sell unique, quality items that will add something different to the event.
- Your application fee of $60 will be due on October 15th. Please complete the application form and send it with your payment, a photo of your work, and a link to your website.
- Mail your application form to: Susan Ginchereau, 52 Timber Lane, Methuen, MA 01844.
- You will be notified one way or another by e-mail on October 25th. We will shred your check if you will not be participating or we will return your check and photos if you send a self-addressed envelope with adequate postage when your application is submitted.
Every vendor will be allowed space for up to one 8ft. table, which the vendor must provide. The Festival will provide two (2) chairs per vendor. Setup begins at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 22nd. All vendors are allowed to have a vertical display as necessary. Please bring extension cords if you need access to electricity. All extra inventory and any supplies must fit under or behind your table.
