For the past six years, the Methuen Festival of Trees’ Ladies Night Out has attracted large crowds of people looking to jumpstart their holiday shopping. This year, Ladies Night Out will take place on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 and, for the second year in a row it will take place amongst the beautiful trees that are the true stars of every Festival of Trees.
In addition to some updated table dimension guidelines which are discussed below, the application process has changed for this year. The following list should help you through the process.
- All vendors will be chosen through a juried selection process. It doesn’t matter if you have or haven’t participated in previous events. We are looking for vendors who sell unique, quality items that will add something different to the event.
- Your application fee will be due on October 31st. Please complete the application form and send it with your payment, a photo of your work, and a link to your website.
- Mail your application form to: Susan Ginchereau, 52 Timber Lane, Methuen, MA 01844.
- You will be notified whether you are accepted or not by e-mail by November 3rd. We will shred your check if you will not be participating. We will return your check and photos if you send a self-addressed envelope with adequate postage when your application is submitted.
As noted, our table dimensions have changed this year. Every vendor will be allowed space for up to one 8 ft. table/display for a fee of $80. Your space request will influence the number of vendors at this year’s event.

Setup begins at 3:30 PM on Tuesday, November 21st. All vendors must provide their own table and/or display. Outlets are limited – if you need access to electricity, please bring an extension cord. Two chairs will be provided for each space. All extra inventory and any supplies must fit under or behind your table.
