The Rules of the Raffle
These raffle tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value. They must be entered into the tree raffle before midnight on December 5, 2020. The winner of each tree, mini-tree, or wreath will be determined by an automated random selection from a database of every ticket entered for each tree.
This process will take place on Sunday, December 6, 2020 beginning at 9:00 AM. Winners will be notified by phone between 9:30 and 11:00 AM at the number provided in your ticket purchase. If we are not able to speak to a person directly, a message will be left indicating that you must return our call to accept your tree by 2:00 PM on December 6, 2020. Due to the physical distancing requirements associated with maintaining a COVID-safe environment, we will work with you to schedule a time to pick-up your tree between Monday, December 7 and Saturday, December 12, 2020.
Tree winners are responsible for removing your tree. You should come prepared to package and transport your tree. Festival volunteers are not able to help package a tree or help remove it from the building. Depending on the size of your tree, you should bring help and a vehicle large enough to transport your new tree. The Festival will provide a dolly and stretch wrap for your use.
