Volunteers are the backbone of the Festival of Trees. When you volunteer, you bring the joy of the Holiday season to thousands of visitors, and you join a group of dedicated people who have fun while they help make the Festival a truly magical community event.
- An invitation to our annual “Appreciation Party” – a special evening (Wednesday, November 20th) where you’ll be the first to see the trees and have an exclusive opportunity to purchase two-for-one raffle tickets.
- A free admission ticket to visit the Festival at your convenience.
- The opportunity to become a special part of one of New England’s most successful Holiday events.
Before you utilize our Online Volunteer System to register as a volunteer, think about how you would like to help and when you can help.
Once you register and receive a username and password, you’ll be able to access the Festival Volunteer System to select the week during which you’d like to volunteer, the day/shift you’d like to volunteer, and the position for which you’d like to volunteer. You’ll only see those positions that are available for the day/shift you selected. For every position you select, the system will record your availability and notify the Festival Volunteer Team. You can repeat this process for as many days/shifts as you’re able to offer.
If you know your previous Username and Password (delivered via mail by October 21st), please use it to sign on through the volunteer link below. If you don’t have your previous Username and Password, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you’re a new volunteer, use the username “Volunteer” without a password to request a new Signon. Or you may send an email to email@example.com with your name, address, phone and email and you will receive a Username and Password within 48 hours.
Please also be sure to sign up for a training session once you have selected your volunteer shifts (View Training Session Times and Sign Up Instructions).
