Submit Your 2024 Grant Application

In addition to being a wonderful opportunity for your entire family to kick-start your holiday season, the Methuen Festival of Trees is a private, non-profit organization that raises money to fund historic preservation and restoration projects throughout the Merrimack Valley, Southern New Hampshire and beyond. Since 1994, the Festival has established a legacy of more than $2 million for various historic preservation projects. The Methuen Festival of Trees is now looking for applicants for our 2024 Historic Preservation Grant Program (HPGP). The HPGP offers up to $10,000 for qualified historic preservation projects.

“The Festival is very proud of the role we play in the preservation of some of our region’s most historic sites,” said Festival President Tom Lussier. “Often, our grant offers small projects hope, and serves as a catalyst for additional funding for their important preservation projects,” he added.

This program is designed to provide preservation funding to private non-profit organizations, private businesses housed in a historic property, individual homeowners of historic homes including those listed on the Massachusetts or national historic registers, and public entities.

The Festival of Trees is pleased to announce the application window for 2024 Funding is open through Friday, January 5, 2023.
